Today we chatted with Allison Yamamoto! Allison is a founder and mentor that loves sharing her journey with other women who struggle with the ill effects of extreme diet and exercise routines to their detriment. As a former NCAA cheerleader turned marathon runner, she struggled with managing food & nutrition to a point of disturbing her menstrual cycles. After discovering how changing her own mindset would start her path to healing from the inside - out; she has since made it her personal mission to help others overcome these challenges and transform their relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies in a holistic way.
